It turns out that there is a difference between the URL in YouTube and the share link that I have always used whenever accessing my YouTube videos. This does not work with this plug-in. You have to go to the video page itself and copy the URL in the address window to put in the video link field in the plug-in. This seems simple now but it took me over a week to figure this out. Support was helpful and conscientious but I don't know why they didn't know this automatically.

This does exactly what it's supposed to do. Support was very helpful getting it to function the way I wanted for my theme. It looks great! I feel like having a video does wonders for my conversion rate for products which require demonstration. Thanks FME Addons!
